A few years ago we toured France, Spain, and Portugal in our motorhome. Everything was perfect until we tried to apply for a French Crit'Air sticker on the official website. The forms were confusing, the error messages made no sense, the site kept crashing, and we spent hours trying to shrink photos of our V5C to fit the upload limit. It was the most stressful part of the whole trip.
Fast-forward to today: we now live in rural Spain, run a YouTube channel about running our homestead here, and help hundreds of British drivers every year get their Crit'Air vignette without the headache.
Why drivers still choose us (even though the official site has improved a bit)
